What’s It About?
5 FOR 5 TRIVIA offers listeners a glimpse into the wide-ranging world of trivia. Every week, the show releases five new episodes, all focused on a specific theme. In each episode, host Amadeo presents listeners with five questions on a topic -- including animals, food, fairy tales, and creepy crawlers -- within that theme. Episodes are only four to five minutes long, so there's rarely time for younger listeners to lose interest. Energetic music and a consistent sense of humor ensure the pace never lets up, making it fun for kids and adults alike.
Is It Any Good?
Kids need to have fun learning in order to stay engaged, and this podcast does just that. 5 for 5 Trivia's kid-friendly topics -- such as time travel and dinosaurs -- and irresistibly frenetic pace are just what kids need to feel excited to learn. Host Amadeo Fusca brings a ton of enthusiasm to the show, which is presented like a game show. What's great is there's no penalty for a wrong answer. Instead, the trivia is meant to be lighthearted and fun, not super competitive. Because of this, 5 for 5 Trivia pulls off the challenging task of getting children to learn without realizing it.
