About Beth Pratt

Beth has been with CSM since its inception in 2003 and has worn various editorial hats over the years. Her background in education and editorial, as well as her passion for pop culture, makes her particularly well-suited to offer media guidance to parents. After earning a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest and an master's in education from the University of Pennsylvania, she worked as an educator before transitioning to the online editorial world, working for sites such as FamilyWonder and iVillage. She's thrilled to be serving as the senior editor of music because it gives her an excuse to have some questionably cheesy music on her iPod playlist. When she isn't racing to keep up with her three active children, she enjoys thoughtful documentaries and guilty-pleasure reality TV. Google+
