Good movie that shows how amazing humans can be!

Rather good movie, entertaining and gives a different story that I don't think any other movie has done about the moon landing. There is only a bit of sadness and there is a bit of romance between the two main characters but all it is is a few kisses. Good, sweet movie that shows how amazing humans can be.

Great movie for both action and comedy lovers!

Really good movie. I am someone who doesn't like action movies and yet I enjoyed it, the action doesn't go on for too long which keeps those people who don't like action movies satisfied. However, my friend loves action movies, and she liked it because there was action and the action was exciting, this keeps those people who do like action movies satisfied. This movie is a comedy with real funny bits that made the whole theater laugh and there is no extreme amount of sex (a few kisses and that's it). There is some violence but nothing graphic and swear words but not to much. One character takes drugs and is high, there is drinking. However, great movie!

How did this win so many Oscars! It was terrible!

How this won so many Oscars is a mystery to me! It was so tedious and so boring that I almost got up and walked out of the cinema! There is some nudity, a suicide, explosions that harm people, murder and frequent drinking. I would not recommend this movie to anyone! My cousin who is interested in this kind of thing, HATED the movie! I assume it won so many oscars because Barbie was even worse!

A boring advert for Mattel!

This movie started off good. There were some funny lines, the characters were alright, and it seemed like it had very good potential. however, as this story went on it got boring. the plot line seemed to be lost and it went on some tangent with a message that seemed to be lost in all the stupidity. Then at the end the message of the story seemed to be re-introduced but by then you were bored and just wanted the movie to be over. It's no doubt that Margot Robbie and the other actors were good, it was just that the script was BAD. Also, some of the messages in it were misleading (e.g. the cellulite being 'bad' scene). Plus, the end dragged and the whole thing seemed like an advert for Mattel!

Eh, a load of noise really

This is the kind of thing kids love, but to adults it's a load of noise. The story seemed to be lost halfway through, to a load of noise and fictional violence. There is no sex (some nude minions and gru in his underwear), and there are some positive role models with the minions always helping their master. However, make sure your children know good from bad before watching this, cause this movie promotes evil. Anyway, if you want a couple of hours where your kids leave you alone and stare at the tv for 2hrs, this is the movie to choose, (just make sure you can't hear the tv first)!

Bittersweet xmas movie, quite tame

I think this movie gets a lot of criticism that's not needed. Sure, it's not the best xmas movie, sure it's got a bittersweet ending, and sure it's not the funniest movie on the planet, but it still got many laughs out of me! I think it's a great romance story with not too much sex (only a few kisses and a woman waking up in bed) that gives the message of being yourself, not giving into racism, talks of mental health and same-sex relationships, shows how family is what matters most and how even when someone dies a good thing can become of it, (watch it and you will know what I mean). It's an alright xmas film, have watched it every year since its release.

Meh

Its not really that good. It's alright as a coming of age film, but its a bit OTT silly and stupid. There is a lot of sex talk, like ALOT, some positive messages of studying hard, but also some not so like partying alot, swearing and someone jumps off a boat. I would say watch it and just see if you like it as lots of reviews are mixed, however I doubt many parents would enjoy it.

Amazing but of cinema right here!

Its so funny! OMG you will love it, especially Kiwis as its NZ humor! There is violence, like guns, someone killing a pig (but for food), and some fight scenes including running from the army. But everything is done for humor. There is a sad scene, a dead body (not disturbing) and the talk of foster care. IN one scene Ricky says ' he made me do stuff,' and it sounds sexual but the audience know its not, its so FUNNY! Defiantly recommend!

Defently recomend!

I loved this movie. It's really gripping, but at the same time calm, and has that Woody Allen style movie to it. You are not sure what is going to happen next in this movie and the ending is not what you would expect, and I think this made it even better. This movie has some sexual scenes but not revealing, poisoning, talk of suicide, Russian roulette (nothing bad happens), attempted murder and cheating on husband. However, anyone over the age of 13 would probably be able to cope with it as nothing is shown (no deaths etc). Great movie, defiantly recommend!

Fantastic movie!

Brillant movie! Its honestly great. Sure, it's a slow movie, with more dialogue than action happening, however for older viewers who can be patient, you will love it. It's got some funny bits and it's also so relatable for anyone who has ever witnessed or been in a relationship! Good role models that relationships are not always smooth sailing, but we can still love that person. There is talk of blow jobs, a man grabs his wife boob (with consent), she takes her top off (full shot of boobs), he kisses and sucks her nipples, talk of being 'ass raped', however anyone 15 and over will be fine with it I'm sure. Bit of swearing, nothing to extreme. Defiantly recommend this movie!
