Lucinda Dyer's Profile
About Lucinda Dyer

As a child, Lucinda was passionately devoted to three things -- books, horses, and books about horses. A film major at Southern Methodist University, she spent most of her college years sitting in dark rooms watching films by angst-ridden European directors. This not being preparation for any kind of actual work, she was lucky enough to stumble into book publishing, where she spent more than two decades as a publicist. A former contributing editor at Publishers Weekly, she's also reviewed books and interviewed authors for the Los Angeles Daily News and BookPage. Happily retired as a literary publicist, she now lives in Nashville, where she has a company that designs websites for authors and is a longtime volunteer at a therapeutic riding center for children with physical and mental challenges.
