What's the Story?
Eva is raised alone by a caring robot, Muthr (voiced by Teri Hatcher), in a mysterious bunker. She's highly educated and trained for the outside world—but doesn't know when she'll ever get there. When she's a teen, an alien attack frees her to explore an unexpected, mysterious land that doesn't resemble the Earth she was prepared for. With the help of Muthr and some strange new allies, Eva begins the search for her family and safety.
Is It Any Good?
This lively series is a sci-fi treat for younger viewers. WondLa presents a compelling character in the scrappy, adventurous Eva, and a wild world for her to discover and explore. The stakes are high, but the series is still light fun. For kids who aren't quite ready for more grown-up science fiction shows (and who may already be fans of the book series), WondLa is an excellent choice.
